Whilst not many can be seen within the gameplay, we know for a fact that a new Boss is being added into the game. The New Enemies of Resident Evil 4 Remake Meaning that it is unlikely that Luis will die by Saddler at the same moment in the original but maybe a change towards Luis getting his revenge on this Boss will be a part of the Remake. Whilst it is unknown if Luis will survive until the credits, we know that we are seeing more of him. Of course, Salazar will make his return alongside his followers, the Cultists but they forgot to make his overcompensating statue in this version of Valdelobos. Other enemies guaranteed to return are the El Gigante, powerful and tall trolls that both Leon and Luis will take on. Not only this but Krauser’s fight has moved from QTE to a close-combat third-person knife fight. Leon now has the ability to parry and dodge smoother, giving you more options when fighting these enemies. Fan favorite enemies such as Garrador and Krauser make their return to the game, with a push for more fluid gameplay and controls. Therefore, you can adopt a slower, stealthier approach in your playthrough if you wish. Meaning that these enemies such as the Ganado, will no longer be aware of your presence on the map until you make yourself known. The returning enemies in the Resident Evil 4 Remake will behave similarly to the original, however new behavior has been implemented to give the player choices in how they play the game. Such as adding blood to the Chainsaw Villager’s clothing and being able to see his eyes through the cloth over his head. These small details however for the enemies were crucial in keeping the fear felt in original and adding a new breath of life within these enemies. ![]() Whilst Director, Yasuhiro Ampo and Producer, Yoshiaki Hirabayashi for remaking this Survival Horror masterpiece describe the modernization in graphics and gameplay, with upgraded and smooth Control Schemes as a means to polish what was previously a great game.
